Velto: Athletic Intelligence Privacy Policy

Overview

Velto: Athletic Intelligence, hereafter known as Velto, is created by Athletic General Intelligence LLC, hereafter referred to as “we”, “us” or Athletic General Intelligence. This privacy policy explains what data is collected by Velto and how it is used.

Velto is an app that allows users to analyze, edit and generate video recordings. Simply put, Velto does not collect, store or transmit its users’ data. The app runs on device, and all data transmission is controlled by the user via the app. The app does not require any kind of networking or internet connection.  

Data Collection

Velto does not collect any personal data. Velto does not allow users to create any accounts, or have any mechanism to send any personal information to Athletic General Intelligence through Velto. 

Velto does not use any third party libraries to collect, store, transfer or analyze user data. If users elect to share analytics with Apple, we may receive anonymized and aggregated reports from Apple. 

Velto does not collect any user data, and does not collect any information on its users, which also includes any information on users’ ages.

Data can be deleted at any time by either deleting specific data in the Velto app or deleting the entire Velto app. Velto never sends your data to us or to any third party. Data leaves the app only when users choose to export or share it.

Velto data may be persisted or transferred via iCloud backups, and is governed by Apple’s terms.  

Audiovisual Access

Velto can access device cameras and microphones to create recordings that are used by the app. Additionally, users can use Velto to save videos to their device. All videos imported into Velto, or generated by Velto stay on the device, and are not transferred to Athletic General Intelligence, or to any third party. Velto can be used by users to select videos stored on the users’ device, and then use these recordings in the app. The usage of the camera, microphone and access to device recordings are governed by iOS. Permission is always requested and can be changed at any time in iOS Settings.
